I’ve always been drawn to spaces where people feel alive; music, movement, connection, and the quiet magic that happens when we forget to perform and simply exist together. For many years, I lived inside fast-paced, high-intensity environments that were exhilarating on the surface yet quietly disconnecting beneath. The constant stimulation, pressure, and drive to hold everything together eventually led me to burnout and a deep realization that I had learned how to be strong, but not how to feel safe within myself.
That realization became the beginning of a very different journey.
What started as a personal search for relief unfolded into a deeper process of emotional honesty, self-inquiry, and reconnection with my body. Through somatic work, breath, and radical self-reflection, I began to understand that healing wasn’t about fixing what was broken , it was about creating space to feel, express, and accept the parts of myself that had long been suppressed.
My work today is rooted in that lived experience. I support people who have spent years being capable, resilient, and “holding it all together,” yet feel disconnected from their emotional depth or unsure how to safely express what lives within them. With curiosity, compassion, and gentle humor, I hold spaces that invite emotional mastery, authentic expression, and a return to the body as a place of safety rather than control.
I believe our emotions are not obstacles to overcome but guides that lead us back to truth, intimacy, and aliveness. When we feel safe enough to meet ourselves honestly, the way we live, love, and move through the world naturally begins to change.
This work is not about becoming someone new, it is about remembering who you were before you learned to hide parts of yourself. And it is a privilege to walk alongside others as they rediscover that.
FWD Motion was born from the contrast between external excitement and internal disconnection.
After fifteen yeasrs working in the global dance music and events industry, including roles with The BPM Festival and helping grow EXHALE by Amelie Lens into an international movement, Elizabeth experienced both the magic of collective euphoria and the quiet cost of constantly living in high intensity. Amidst this explosive growth, she witnessed firsthand the intense pressures and relentless demands of an industry that never stops, and how easy it is to lose connection with yourself beneath the surface.
FWD Motion emerged from the realization that a fulfilling life requires the same harmony within ourselves that we seek in the spaces around us.
Through somatic coaching, breathwork, and movement, FWD Motion creates spaces for emotional processing, self-discovery, and embodied growth. It supports those who feel the pull toward something deeper, whether navigating burnout, overwhelm, seeking clarity, or longing to reconnect with their truth and aliveness.
At its core, FWD Motion is an invitation to know yourself so intimately that the way you live becomes the reason you love your life.
